Dividend Policy
The company’s dividend policy is aligned with factors such as the company’s profitability, capital structure, and future operational needs. Each year, a minimum of 10% of the earnings available for distribution is allocated to shareholders as dividends. Shareholder dividends can be distributed in the form of cash or stock, with the principle that the cash dividend distribution should not be less than 10% of the total shareholder dividend amount.
